Humana recently released a free and secure electronic billing invoice that enables clients to pay their invoice quickly and safely without the use of paper.
A few benefits of the new system:
- A reduction of paper and waste
- Invoice is available immediately after the billing cycle closes
- Can elect to receive notifications that the invoice is available along with various payment reminders and notifications
- Can set up automatic recurring payments for a hassle free payment experience
- Access to full details of invoice via PDF and Excel options
Beginning with the April invoice, paper invoices will no longer be mailed.
