As a part of UnitedHealthcare’s Go Green initiative and due to the number of brokers now working from home, UnitedHealthcare will no longer send hard copy renewal packets to their broker and general agent partners starting with September 1, 2020, renewals. This excludes Oxford and manual missed renewals (MMRs). Customers will continue to receive hard copies of their renewal packets. Brokers and general agents will continue to have access to digital copies of renewal packets on United eServices.
