The new Delta Dental Member Portal is an easy-to-use site that replaces the Consumer Toolkit as the one-stop-shop for benefit information.
Member Portal is a 24/7 resource where members can:
- See who is covered on their plan—now and in the future.
- Find an in-network dentist.
- See common procedures.
- Access an online Member ID card.
- View the status of claims and toggle between different family member claims.
- View and print Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
How to access Member Portal
- Members with a Consumer Toolkit account should use the same username and password to log in to Member Portal. When logging in for the first time, members will be asked to share their email address and update their security questions.
- Members without a Consumer Toolkit account can create a new Member Portal account by clicking “Sign up” and filling out the required information.
